I have been delivering Housing Training since 1988. It's fascinating to think that I've revisited organisations many times over the years, and now train staff who weren't born the first time I was there.
I'm very fortunate that I love what I do. I've delved into most aspects of Housing, researching and delivering courses to thousands of Housing Professionals, from Trainee Apprentices to Directorate, Committee Members and Regulators.
Along the way I've spoken at numerous conferences and away days, (organised a few too), written SVQs, made sense of new legislation and advised organisations on various aspects of Housing Law.

It is very easy for organisations to be so focussed on their daily workload and goals that they just never get the time to see the big picture and that there may be a better way to do things. Without training, your staff gets stagnant and their career slowly becomes just a job with demotivated workers punching the clock.
However, when staff see you are willing to invest in them, they feel valued, they strive to do better, motivation soars high and you have a better employee with greater productivity. Staff Training is not a cost, it is one of the best investments you will make!
